‘A CHRONICLE OF DESIRES’ is a collection of poems and short stories which reflects the inherent conflicts and inner tangles of a successful professional which have rarely surfaced or been exposed. The metamorphosis of an angry young man to a placid grey haired person has been so unforeseeable that prose and poetry too take short breaks to reflect and redirect. The daily intramural battles in the life of a practicing surgeon, memories of a lively childhood and interludes of romantic spells , all aid in understanding the unabashed thoughts of the author.
